What is Resilience and Wellness Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between you and me, as an individual coachee or as a team.

I create a unique and safe environment where you can be seen and heard. With my coaching, you become aware of your strengths, behaviors, beliefs, values, assumptions, and purpose. This new knowledge opens doors and brings you new possibilities.

My coaching practice optimizes neuroplasticity which is the ability of the neural networks in your brain to change. In other ways, you will create new neuropathways by learning and practicing different ways of thinking and behaving. And there are so many ways for you to achieve your goals!

Each small win will get you closer to your bigger goal, and each coaching session will help you gain self-confidence and self-awareness, increasing your wellness and resilience.
